Our hearts go out to all of the Victorian and businesses that will need to close or reduce capacity due to the new restrictions.
In response to the new restriction, we would like to inform you that we are still in operation.
To ensure we are following government guidelines, below are some changes to the way we work:

CONTACTLESS MAC/LAPTOP/PC REPAIRS can be organized.
The health and safety of our staff, customers is our top priority, we will be wearing glove and face mask during the contactless pick up and return. FREE pick up and return within 5km radius of our business. Then distance up to 10km will attract $15 pickup and return fee. Up to 20km will attract $30 pickup and return fee.
REMOTE service will be another great way for us to fix your issues. Please contact us so we can further discuss whether this option will suit you.
Please understand that this is a challenging time for everyone. We do understand that everyone needs their computer as soon as possible. We will endeavour to return your computer as soon as possible. Appreciate your kind understanding in advance.
Additional safety measures
In addition to social distancing measures, we are continuing frequent cleaning and disinfecting our sites.
We will continue to work closely with the Department of Health to ensure the most effective protection measures are put in place.
